The Anti-Corruption Commission is comprised of a chairman and two commissioners. The current chairman of the commission is Mr. Iqbal Mahmood, the former senior secretary of the government and former district judge Mr. AFM Aminul Islam and the former senior secretary of the government. Md. Mozammel Haque Khan His Excellency the President appoints one of the three Commissioners as Chairman.

The chairman presides over all meetings of the commission and in his absence presides over the meeting of any commissioner nominated by the chairman. The quorum of the meeting was formed in the presence of two commissioners, including the chairman. They were appointed by the President for a term of five (five) years on the recommendation of the selection committee constituted under section 7 of the ACC Act.
